Join the Medical Fitness Association’s MOVE150 Challenge May 9-15. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 150 minutes of physical activity per week. Achieve the recommended physical activity and you’ll be entered to win a prize!
How to participate:
1. Pick up your MOVE150 card at the Fitness Desk or you can download it HERE.
2. Complete any of the activity challenges, writing in the date completed and the duration.
3. Submit your completed MOVE150 card to the Fitness Desk by May 20.
Complete one square per day, for seven days, accumulating 150 minutes or more of physical activity. Activity challenges do not have to be completed in order. After the challenge, your completed MOVE150 card will be entered to win one of two prizes:
First Prize: $100 in FitFunds Second Prize: $50 in FitFunds
Winners will be notified the week of May 23. Prize can be claimed at the Fitness Desk. For more information, stop by the Fitness Desk or call (856) 325-5300.
