MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: Michele Reiss-Taylor
Michele Reiss-Taylor joined Virtua to become healthy and fit. She wanted to increase her fitness level and learn preventative exercises to boost her health since heart disease and cancer are prevalent in her family. After her initial Polar BodyAge® fitness assessment, she shared her goals to lose weight and become fit with fitness specialist Keith Smith.
Three years later, Michele has met her fitness goals with Keith’s help. “I like his approach to overall fitness. I appreciate the fact that he considers exercises that will help me recover and that he always has a positive attitude, which is important to me. He works with me to feel my best,” said Michele.
A back injury caused Michele to have a few setbacks in her routine, but with Keith’s help, she adjusted her workouts to get back on track. Now Michele feels better than ever and is thankful that Virtua supports her fitness goals.
Exercise has not only impacted Michele’s daily life, but also her love for travel. When discussing her love for travel and the impact of exercise Michele says, “I love to take vacations, explore new countries and to be able to walk and climb mountains like the one in this picture in France. Staying fit is the way to keep the love of travel alive. I enjoy being a member at Virtua.”
