All Levels Yoga with Connie

All fitness levels welcome! Modifications and variations to different poses and stretches will be provided to best suit your needs. Find your inner balance and strength, gain flexibility, and develop mind/body awareness through better breath control. Safe and proper alignment will be demonstrated by instructor to promote healthy posture. This class is a floor yoga class. Some yoga experience is necessary.

Arthritis Chair Strength with Marjie

Chair based class is designed to help those with joint and/or muscle problems. The goal is to achieve improved joint mobility, muscle strength, core strength and balance by use of various exercise bands and light hand weights. Balance will be practiced both standing still and moving. Class finishes with a gentle seated chair stretch. An overall effective program for the body to help maintain and improve performance of daily activities.

Cardio Cross Train with Becky- Space Limited to 15

Get ready for a fun cardio workout that combines hi-lo cardio intervals and a mix of equipment to boost your heart rate, strengthen and sculpt your body feeling energized. Class completes with a 15 minute concentration on the core for a full body workout. ALL Levels.  This is considered a high intensity class. Please be aware that others around you may remove their masks. Space is limited to 15. Please Pre-register for class 24 hours in advance.
