An event every week that begins at 7:00am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

A dynamic and flowing yoga class focusing on connecting the movements to the breath.  Postures (asanas) are sequenced to build strength, flexibility and endurance, as well as cultivate focus and inner calm. A great addition to anyone’s workout regimen!  ALL levels ~ everyone welcome. 75 minutes.
