Yoga – Canceled 10/11 will resume 10/18

October 11 @ 9:30 am - 10:20 am

You will meet yourself for practice at the level you see appropriate and be challenged individually to be sure you find your edge. Instruction for alignment  and modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. Give to yourself and receive a sense of calm and release for your mind and body. ALL level ~ everyone welcome.
