Yin-Yasa Yoga with Sue P.- Connie to sub 7/5

Yin-Yasa practice is the marriage of Yin yoga which is passive, seated and supine poses followed by an active Vinyasa yoga flow.   Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, joint and ligaments. We practice Yin before our muscles warm up allowing stretching to settle deeper into our tissues. Our Yin practice follows the principals of entering a pose with an appropriate depth, resolve to remain still and hold the pose from 3-5 minutes. The vinyasa practice will flow sun salutations, balancing and heart openers and more. You will leave with a sense of harmony and balance.

This combined practice will help build strength and stamina as well as flexibility.
