An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

Classes are appropriate for multiple fitness levels and are held in our warm water therapy pool. Warm Water stimulates blood flow to the muscles and joints. Increases joint range of motion and mobility through low to medium impact exercises and stretches. Strengthen and lengthen muscles while improving flexibility and balance.
