Take your practice to the next level. Breath is used as a tool to fuel the practice and create internal heat. This practice can be challenging for beginners, but is a nice balance to more gentle forms of yoga once you become comfortable with the different postures. You can expect a class full of rhythmical flow (often combined with music) connecting each moment with unifying pranayama (breath). A great addition to your yoga practice when you’re looking for more of a challenge and to learn more difficult poses. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED level.
