Set to upbeat music, this class utilizes both the ballet barre and your own body weight for intense strength and sculpting. Lengthen and strengthen muscles through intervals of core conditioning floor exercises and isometric holds. Gain balance and flexibility while toning and defining the whole body. Fusion takes barre to the next level with add strength and core moves on the floor. All fitness levels welcome. No dance experience required.
