Tai Chi is a Chinese form that is slow and graceful using the relaxed series of flowing movements. This form is easy and enjoyable to learn combining circular movements, stabilizing mind and body balance, posture and improving your overall health. Regular, consistent practice will improve circulation, regulate and lowers blood pressure and build strength and vitality to both mind and body. ALL Levels~ everyone welcome regardless of physical condition.
