An event every week that begins at 7:00am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely

(taiji) It’s goal is to make you functionally younger. A low impact Chinese exercise system characterized by a series of methodically slow circular & stretching movements and positions of bodily balance. Practice helps improve circulation, regulates & lowers blood pressure, re-establishes bio-mechanical alignments, in addition promotes a good night’s sleep. Re-gain the strength and vitality of being 20 years old again. Live life as a whole. Everyone is welcome from your first class through your lifetime.
