An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

It’s a SWEAT Party! This action packed class is designed to make the Sweat drip and fat melt by using total body exercises with weights, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercised all performed in intervals. Leave SOAKED in SWEAT and motivated to take on anything life throws at you! All levels are welcome!


High impact exercises will be modified for those who wish to SWEAT with low impact.
