An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
A fun, energetic class specifically designed for senior members, those with physical challenges, deconditioned and/or recovering from injury. Take class standing or seated. A variety of exercise equipment will be used in each class. Increase muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance and flexibility. Some exercises are designed to help stimulate and build neurological pathways in the brain using cross movements.
Max 15 participants. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged
