Different class formats can include: Interval, Strength, Endurance, Race Day, All Terrain, and many more. Each class is design to work towards a goal using different styles of motivation and great music to keep you going! Try our Pump and Pedal to get a weights and cycling fusion class or try out our easy ride and get a small workout in without any intense intervals or jumps.
