BODYPUMP is a weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions (reps). BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

Max 15 participants. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

  • Please note this is considered a high intensity class. Please be aware that others around you may remove their masks.
