Joint Care Seated Chair and Standing Class a gentle class to support healthy joints and a strong body. Breathing exercises to support the lungs, heart and abdominal muscles as well as tones the diaphragm. Followed by gentle repetitive movements to release tension in muscles and lubricate joints. Finally we will end with a few grounded yoga poses and strengthening exercises to improve balance for a happy and healthy body. Come join me!
