GYROKINESIS method gently works the entire body stimulating the nervous system, increasing ROM, and creating functional strength through rhythmic movement. GYROKENESIS has its roots in yoga, tai chi, and dance. This method can be practiced by people from all walks of life. Most of the class is done seated on a chair with minimal floor work. With this new format we’ll also add some light resistance training as well.
