FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

Our fitness specialist, Joe Girone, will teach you a series of exercises that are bound to help you improve your game. Exercises will include pregame warm-up, injury prevention, agility, and strength exercises. 

COST: $99 for members / $129 for non-members
