Maximize your weight loss potential. This small group training class will ramp up your metabolism and cut down calories.
Eat. HIIT. Be Fit. Small group training class is a circuit based High Intensity Interval Training Experience, coupled with food journaling, weigh-ins, and an accountability coach. You will realize what you can really accomplish on your weight loss journey! Prior to the start of classes participants will have a 1-hour assessment/consultation with Marlyn.
Registration is required: May 1 – 13. This class is limited to 4 participants.
