Cycling with Shanni- Cancelled 8/1

Take on all different types of terrain with these cycling classes. Each instructor has designed a workout taking you on a different journey every time. Different class formats can include: Interval, Strength, Endurance, Race Day, All Terrain, and many more. Each class is design to work towards a goal using different styles of motivation and great music to keep you going!
