An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
– Take on all different types of terrain with these spinning/cycling classes. Each instructor has designed a workout taking you on a different journey every time. Different class formats can include: Interval, Strength, Endurance, Race Day, All Terrain, and many more. Each class is design to work towards a goal using different styles of motivation and great music to keep you going! This class specifically will have a portion off the bike and on the track to work on your running endurance!
