New or intimidated by indoor cycling ? Allow our team to get you hooked! This class teaches you the proper way to personally adjust the bike to your own body you and you will learn the basic positions of the bike. The first part of class will focus on bike set-up, proper form, riding positions, heart rate and tracking your personal performance with the MPower monitors. You will come to realize through the motivation of the instructor and music this may become your favorite way to enjoy a workout packed with so much fun, energy and fast results! NOTE: “Easy Riders” are also welcome understanding the focus is on the beginning riders. Offered the FIRST Tuesday and Thursday of each month. 45 minutes.
