Get ready for a fun cardio workout that combines hi-lo cardio intervals and a mix of equipment to boost your heart rate, strengthen and sculpt your body feeling energized. Class completes with a 15 minute concentration on the core for a full body workout. ALL Levels.

  •  This is considered a high intensity class. Please be aware that others around you may remove their masks.
  • Space is limited to 15. Please Pre-register for class 24 hours in advance.
