An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

This 45-minute, high-powered workout class is designed to focus on lower body weight conditioning. Booty Camp is a mix format class that targets glutes and lower body movements. Booty Camp will lift and shape your booty as well as build strength and definition in your thighs! All levels welcome and modifications will be given.
