An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

BODYPUMP is a weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions (reps). BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

 

This is considered a high intensity class. Please be aware that others around you may remove their masks.
