An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Were going to Camp! What do we need for this camp? We need our body and bands! Utilizing Resistance bands for equipment, the instructor will lead you through a bootcamp style workout with bands. You will feel your whole body work through every exercise designed to give you a full body workout.

 

All Levels welcome!
