An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Chair based class is designed to help those with joint and/or muscle problems. The goal is to achieve improved joint mobility, muscle strength, core strength and balance by use of various exercise bands and light hand weights. Balance will be practiced both standing still and moving. Class finishes with a gentle seated chair stretch. An overall effective program for the body to help maintain and improve performance of daily activities.
