This class is taught by a PILATES, and AQUATIC exercise certified instructor who will guide you through an all levels class encompassing all three areas of fitness. Focus on flexibility while centering on breathing, balance, and body alignment. Safely build muscle and joint strength for greater range of motion and improve core body strength. Helps promote muscle toning, stress relief, and relaxation.
