An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

All fitness levels welcome! Modifications and variations to different poses and stretches will be provided to best suit your needs. Find your inner balance and strength, gain flexibility, and develop mind/body awareness through better breath control. Safe and proper alignment will be demonstrated by instructor to promote healthy posture.

  • This class is a floor yoga class. Some yoga experience is necessary.
