We know you can’t get to the gym. However, It’s still a good time to try to start a running program. Follow these guidelines to help you to ease into a running plan. There are many virtual races that you can sign up for to help you stay motivated if you have a goal to complete a 5K.
Add these simple routines to your weekly workout plan. Spark Movement participants can include these workouts as part of your 150 minutes/week total.
