Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. A Tabata workout will shock your body for maximal fat burn.
Directions: Choose an exercise from the list below. Start your timer and complete 20 seconds of the exercise. Rest for 10 seconds, and then repeat the exercise for another 20 seconds. Repeat this 20:10 interval 8 times, for a total of 4 minutes, and then choose another exercise (choose up to 5 exercises for a full workout).
