We all want a six-pack, but standard crunches aren’t the answer for all of us. Maybe you have trouble getting up and down off the floor. Maybe you aren’t seeing the results you want with a more standard approach. Maybe you are just bored and could really use a change of pace. Either way, these chair ab exercises are a great solution! The following exercises are performed in a seated position on a chair, or in a standing position, while using a chair for balance. Remember: You should always talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
