Dasher’s Dynamite Circuit by Daniel Smith
Circuit – 1 min each exercise, then move to the next. Repeat 4 times
1- Jump rope
2 – Battle Ropes
3 – Medicine ball slams
4 – Burpees (count total burpees)
(Rest 1 min. Start from the top)
You’re score is your total burpees. Record it and try and beat it next time
