High Intensity Interval Training with The Red Nosed Reindeer
Treadmill exercise 10 minutes at 75% of max heart rate
Arc Trainer Machine 10 minutes at 75% of max Heart Rate
Elliptical Machine 10 minutes at 75% of max Heart Rate
Up right Bike 10 minutes at 75% max Heart Rate
Rowing Machine 15 minutes at 60% max Heart Rate
After this cardio workout your nose will not be the only thing that will be red!!
