The Grinch’s Upper Strength Lifting Sled Workout
Machine press 3 sets X 10 Reps
Machine Decline Press 3 sets X 10 Reps
Dumbbell Incline chest press 3 sets X 10 Reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 sets X 10 Reps
Lateral dumbbell shoulder raises 3 sets X 10 Reps
Straight bar triceps press downs 3 sets X 10 Reps
Barbell Bicep Curls 3 sets X 10 Reps
This workout should provide enough volume and muscle growth for you to attempt to lift a sled full of presents and bring them back to Who-Ville!!
