Chisel your body with this comprehensive resistance training of all muscles groups combined with intense plays of cardio using barbells, hand weights, plates, body weight and bands. Multiple rounds of work. Some super sets, with little rest between rounds. And a “twist” to push you to the edge of your performance to meet an unexpected demand. Results optimal with 2 classes per week. ALL levels (modifications offered.)
